MLK Day Justice Fest, 1-5PM

A cool event is coming up next Monday as a finale of the MLK Day of Service.  We’re calling it Justice Fest and it will feature music, light food, and drinks from 1-5pm at the Crane Community Center at 1001 Vine Street to benefit 5 nonprofit organizations providing legal support for immigrant and refugee communities in Philly.  We expect a good turnout in the large space and a mix of great music.  The music (kind of an “amped up” Open Mic – unfortunately full lineup now) will connect to how we are feeling about these times – solidarity, anger, fear, hope, love, etc.  You can catch me play probably early on.  And an easy walk to Chinatown restaurants for dinner afterwards!.  The 5 non-profit legal aid organizations we’re supporting will be there –
