2000 Arch St, Street Closures for Concrete Foundation Pour – Nov 10-11

Contractors will be pouring  ~5000+ cubic yards of concrete for our mat slab  pour, which is scheduled to begin at about 11:30pm Friday 11/10/23. That’s pumping ~480 cy/hour, ~500 concrete trucks in the span of about 10 hours.

This will require some significant street closures which have been permitted by the city and will go into effect Friday 11/10 7:00 pm and streets reopened Saturday 11/11 at 5:00 pm.

Below are the streets closures

1. 20th from Race to Market.
2. Arch from 19^th to 21^st  
3. JFK from 18^th to the river
