Each semester, Penn Neuroscience graduate students organize a series of free TED talk-style lectures open to the public in order to showcase some of the exciting neuroscience research ongoing at Penn and other research institutions in the Philadelphia community. Their goal is to attract audiences from various backgrounds and spread awareness about their research, its relevance to the public, and how their tax dollars are being spent.
