LSNA Volunteer Opportunity at MANNA, May 8th (registration required)

Dear Logan Square Neighborhood Association,

We are excited to share a volunteer opportunity for LSNA members to support our community, learn more about a great local organization, and get to know other LSNA members!

About MANNA:

http://mannapa.wpengine.com/about/power-of-food-as-medicine/

MANNA uses nutrition to improve health for people with serious illnesses who need nourishment to heal. By providing medically tailored meals and nutrition education, we empower people to improve their health and quality of life. MANNA brings together dieticians, chefs, drivers, and thousands of volunteers to cook and deliver nutritious, medically appropriate meals and provide nutrition counseling to neighbors battling illnesses such as cancer. MANNA offers hands-on cooking classes, nutrition counseling, and delivery of 3 meals a day 7 days a week.

If you have any questions or want to sign up for May 8th, please reach out to Tara (tara.wainwright@gmail.com). We look forward to volunteering together!
