Purpose/Procedures
The By-Laws Committee is charged with reviewing the Articles and By-Laws of LSNA and making recommendations for changes/amendments where appropriate. The LSNA President appoints the By-Laws review committee in March of each year which consists of seven (7) members, three (3) from the Board of Directors, other than officers, and four from the members at large.
