Philadelphia- Mayor Jim Kenney, Managing Director Michael DiBerardinis, and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell will join state and city officials and community members to celebrate the opening of the new Shakespeare and Pennypacker Parks located in front of the Free Library of Philadelphia and old Family Court Building on the Ben Franklin Parkway. WHAT: City officials will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Shakespeare and Pennypacker Parks.
