Planning for the fall 2020 Philadelphia Master Watershed Stewards (MWS) has begun! Penn State Extension and Philadelphia Water Department are holding their first two online information sessions (on June 2nd and 11th) for people interested in participating in the fall training. The training starts on September 15th and will include online classes along with optional in-person field trips (pending safety restrictions).

The promotion flyer is shown below and a PDF file is attached. Additionally, information on the training is available on the Philadelphia County Master Watershed Steward’s Home Page at https://extension.psu.edu/programs/watershed-stewards/counties/philadelphia-county

Those accepted to the program attend training classes that focus on a broad range of water resource topics, including stream ecology, invasive plants, watershed protection and more! Please forward this opportunity to members of your community or to anyone who may be interested in becoming a Master Watershed Steward

THANK YOU FOR SPREADING THE WORD!
